Every |*111th*| clan member must be dedicated to making online play an enjoyable and stimulating experience. Participation is what makes a strong team. Everyone should contribute something to the clan, such as helping organize practices and matches, inviting people to play, website assistance, or by helping out anyway you can.
All members are expected to conduct themselves with honor anytime they wear their |*111th*| tag. Treat other people the way you would want to be treated: be friendly and respectful. You are entitled to play in an environment that is free of offensive insults of a racist, sexist, or political nature (trash talking excepted). Any disputes will be fairly reviewed and resolved by clan officers, who will also administer any resulting disciplinary actions.
We encourage everyone to look out for new recruits who will benefit the clan.

|*111th*| Code of Conduct

1. You are expected to be present on the server frequently and participate in matches or scrimmages whenever possible. Of course there will be times when you are unable to attend, in which case please notify a fellow member via email, PM, or Xfire. If you repeatedly do not participate, you will, after a while, receive a warning. If your lack of service continues, your membership, upon officer review, will be terminated. No contact for 14 days = AWOL = permanent termination of clan membership. Also while you are on the |*111th*| servers you MUST have your clan tags on UNLESS you are an admin in spectator watching someone.

2. Offensive, violent, disruptive, and deliberately asinine behavior such as, but not limited to, slandering, intentional TK’s, SK’s, cheating, and blocking or impeding another player’s movements will not be tolerated, and can be considered serious misconduct. We understand that accidents will happen, just be sure to admit them when they do and you’ll be forgiven.

3. Lead by example. You are expected to treat each clan member with respect, dignity & camaraderie at all times, and should in no way dishonour the clan or its members.

4. Conflicts between clan members and non-members alike should be handled in a civilized manner, especially when playing online. Refrain from making unsubstantiated accusations of cheating against others as it generally reflects poorly upon you and the clan as a whole. Any member has the right to prove or disprove any charges brought against them by another member. You are expected to provide credible proof of your claims through server logs, demo movies, or witnesses brought to the officers for a fair and open review. Cooler heads will prevail.

5. You may not be in another MOHAA clan while you are a member of |*111th*| but if your are in a clan for any other game I.e. (CoD , BF2) is accepted as long as you sate when you not available for matches

6. During closed, invite only matches, scrims, and special events, do not give out the private server password to any non-member for any reason. Scheduled team practices are for members only unless announced otherwise by an officer..

7. Cheating will not be accepted in |*111th*| in any manner, 3rd person, cinematics, cham skins, wall hacks, and any other hacks that have been used in the MOHAA community will not be tolerated and if caught (and you will be caught) will result in an immediate ban from our servers and ventrilo.

8. Following orders from an Officer: You will respect the legitimacy of command and the authority of both your server Administrators and Officers with their issuance of orders. If you have a grievance, refer to rule #4.
Disrespect toward an Officer or disobeying orders from an Officer either during a scrim/match, practice, regular everyday clan business, or on a public server where the Officer is intervening to settle a dispute is a serious offense. If supported by other members, screenshots, or server logs, the offending member will be subject to a disciplinary hearing.
i.e.
* Failure to follow a direct order during a match that directly results in the loss of your team members, or the compromise of the tactical plan
* Failure to stop goofing off/talking/firing/making noise when you are told to listen.
* Failure to discuss in a private area, such as the aim or email any problems you may have with someone.
Note: All of these rules are common sense, but need to be stated.
Bottom line: If you act like an immature dumb ass, you are not welcome here

Disciplinary Actions for Serious Misconduct
1st offense: You will receive only one warning.
2nd offense: You will be kicked from the server for up to 24 hours at the server administrator’s discretion.
3rd offense: You will be subject to an Officers disciplinary review that could result in a loss of clan membership and ban from the clan server until hell freezes over!
Note: If you are on your 2nd or 3rd offense, it may help to be humble and to ask forgiveness for your sins if you want to continue as a clan member.
Final thoughts…
Our aim is to have fun in general, and these guidelines & rules will help to ensure this. You will be playing in clan matches and against other players who expect the same level of respect from you as we have just outlined, so don’t forget to lead by example. Now get out there and make your team proud!
